How it works
How the schedule is built
1. Create a schedule
Choose game type, recurrence and start time, for example NLH 2/5 every Friday at 7 pm.
2. Generate sessions
Fortuna creates the sessions automatically at the set time, 3 to 90 days ahead.
3. Apply the rules
Every session gets the registration opening, closing and waitlist of its game type.
4. Review the evening
The analytics show registrations, check-ins and occupied tables.

Daily, weekly on several days, every two weeks, monthly by date or weekday, or one-time.
Automatic sessions

All times apply in the time zone of your location, set by the Fortuna team.

Questions and answers
Can we create single dates?
Yes. Besides recurring schedules there are one-time dates for a specific day, for example a holiday. They also generate the session automatically with the rules of the game type. One-time dates also appear in the agenda of the player app.
Which analytics does the dashboard show?
For the day: active registrations, check-ins in total and per hour, the check-in rate per game, the players at tables and the open tables. The figures help you plan games and tables for the coming evenings.
Are schedules always included?
Schedules are an optional module that the Fortuna team activates for your casino. Opening hours, analytics and the log are part of the dashboard.
How do you handle games after midnight?
A game that starts at 1 or 2 am belongs to the evening before. It does not disappear from the agenda just because the clock passes midnight, and opening hours into the morning stay assigned to one gaming day.
What is in the log?
Every staff action at tables and waitlists: players seated, called, moved or marked as no-show, tables opened or closed, table changes and changes to the order. Each entry includes time, person and role, plus the reason if one was given.
